Job Description:

– Daily accounting of sales, purchases, expenses, bank reconciliations

– Ensuring monthly expense bookings and payment

– Understanding of checking vouchers with supportings

– Monthly Utility Bills like telephone, electricity etc downloading and payments

– Preparing sheet in excel for TDS deducted in every month by month end

– Proper and timely record maintenance i.e filing as per company standards

– Inter-department communication as may be required

– Must follow process and work flow as per our company standards

– Prepare cheques / NEFT/ RTGS for vendor or expense payments

– Timely Cheque deposition

– Reporting to Senior

Requirement/ Qualifications-

  • Candidate for this job should have detailed knowledge of Tally ERP with inventory

– Knowledge of ZOHO books and inventory is added advantage

– Strong understanding in basics of accounting.

— Should have basic knowledge of TDS, GST

– Should have working knowledge of excel, word, google search and emails
