Accounts Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
  • Maintaining a record of all the pending bills their Hired PO’s received & differences in the PO Amounts. The number of times a PO is being revised with the revised amount
  • Preparing Bills, Proforma Invoices, Debit& Credit Notes for various clients
  • Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
  • Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
  • Updating the Sales Register as bills issued & payments received from the client as well as Updating a separate Sales Register for Marketing with project details, language & duration
  • Admin Bills Booking & their payments in Tally
  • Coordinating with the Bank officials with respect to Fund Transfers, Foreign payments, Uploading amounts in Forex card and any other Banking related work & queries
  • Ledger Scrutiny of Admin related ledgers
  • Proper filing of Company Bills, Bank Correspondence, Admin bills, Insurance copies, Statements, etc
  • Assisting artists in billing & payments & Dubbing Directors in queries
  • Assisting in Finalization, helping out Auditors in their queries
  • Updating receivables sheet with comments from clients

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of professional accounting experience
  • Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Preferable if the applicant stays close to the work location
