Job Description

Activities managed by AOs

  • Connect with clients, understand customer requirements/setup done by PSM. In case of any mismatch, arrange for modification thru PSM
  • If setup has been done as per customers expectation, train the customers on usage of Cash Management Platform & how to read the reports/MIS
  • Calls customer for first 3 months post training to ensure that customer use the platform/upload transactions.
  • Interaction with existing CMS customers to understand the technical requirement for system integration especially for Tally, AllPay & BBPS integration.
  • Help channels in giving demonstration of our system to existing as well as prospective clients.
  • Interact with Implementation team, setup team & operations to sort out client issues are sorted/ensure customer is served as per agreed TAT.
  • Understand specific MIS requirement (if any) of the customers & arrange to deliver reports thru PSM/IMT.
  • Prepare the MIS & MIS analysis on assigned book.


  • Preferably Graduate/Post Graduate. Normally we hire BBA/BAF/MBA/MCA/BSE-IT/B.Tech
  • Fresher/1 years of post-degree experience in Implementation, Branch Banking, IT Support or Operations
  • Should have good communication skills – Written & Oral
  • Must be fluent in regional/local language & English.
  • Tech savvy with good knowledge MS Office & MIS Tools
  • Must have Bike & ready to travel for customer meetings.
