Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities
  • Day to day vendor payments and corresponding expense entries in Tally ERP 9.
  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Systematic maintenance of all expense invoices and supporting
  • Liaoning with admin and HR team and supporting them for petty cash requirements for business expenses and collection of supporting on a regular and timely basis
  • Checking on the applicability of TDS on all vendor payments and deducting it as per the required section.
  • Accurate accounting of TDS and GST
  • Internal check on outstanding as well as advance vendor payments at regular intervals and co-ordinating with respective teams for its clearance
  • Providing quick support for auditor requirement on scrutiny matters with respect to the areas being handled by you
Required Skills:
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good accounting knowledge and knowledge in Tally
  • Entry-level knowledge of TDS & GST
  • MS office usage
