Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Rendering Statement of Accounts to the Underwriters.
  • Reconciling Underwriters Statement of Accounts.
  • Raising Warranty and Routine Payments.
  • Allocating cash from the Underwriter against the entries processed.
  • Ledger management & Analysis.
  • Query management.
  • Credit Control Activities.
  • Cash Matching & Suspensing.
  • Reconciliation of Matched & Unmatched Signings.
  • Intercompany reconciliation
  • Prepare rendering statements, statement of account reconciliation.
  • Contribute to overall achievements of the required SLA by delivering to KPIs;
  • Maintain and update records as per process requirements;
  • Maintain customer service and quality standards by following client procedures and processes;
  • Escalate any issues or ideas to the Team Manager; and Managers.
  • Adhere to Capita risk and compliance requirements, Marsh Compliance Standards & FSA requirements.
  • Need to be task oriented, to carry out activities clearly defined within a job/role description. Is responsible for their individual performance targets and contribution to team performance targets. Needs to ensure that they are doing the right thing for the customer with reference to TCF.
