Job Description for Sr. Executive / Executive – Accounts

  • To maintain up-to-date books of accounts.
  • Accounts Payable.
  • Taxation.
  • Bank Reconciliation.
  • Working on Tally ERP.
  • Dealing with the Auditor’s queries.
  • Handling all statutory compliances like GST, PF, ESIC, PT & TDS.
  • To enter purchase bills in tally.
  • Analyzing vouchers & solving all queries within the given time frame & seeking responses on queries from suppliers, employees & following up.
  • Handling branch-wise petty cash expense entries in tally.


Experience: 3+ years experience in a similar profile.

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post-Graduate

Job Location: Sewri (West), Mumbai – 400 015. (5 minutes walking distance from Sewri Station & Sewri Bus Depot.)

Office Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Saturday-Sunday Holiday; However, in a month at least 1 Saturday is working.) (Note: It will be a work from home profile until the entire pandemic situation comes to normalcy.)



  • Must be an MBA / PG / M.Com
  • Should be well versed with Company law
  • 3+ yrs. experience in a similar profile
  • Should have worked with a private limited company
  • Compliances, Statutory Audit, Taxation, Internal Audit.
