Job Description

Key responsibilities : • Understanding the query of customer.
  • Ability to interpret the problem and get the solution.
  • Providing technical support to customer query onsite as well as on

remote basis as required.

  • Documentation as per company standard.
  • Reports to be generated as per standard.

Good academics can also apply

Qualification :

Tally.ERP Knowledge.

Competencies : • Strong communication in English, Hindi, Marathi
