Job Description

We are looking for for Finance Executive Bangalore( Jayanagar) office of the client

The details are as follows-

1)Client – Global French MNC

2) Location- Bangalore(Jayanagar)

3) Position- Finance executive

4) Qualification-Graduate

5) Experience : 3- 7 years in accounting and/or operational finance

6) Compensation- Competitive

7) immediate joining. -15 Days

Job Role Vision :

POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will include:

Invoices & Payments

Verify Suppliers invoices from different countries

Verify orders as invoiced by all Suppliers

Run payment schedule

Prepare weekly payment requests for management approval

Prepare weekly AP statistics

Prepare weekly AP ageing and Un-invoiced analyses

Update all AP invoices & payments in Oracle and MS Excel

Schedule Payments in Bank Portals

Payables Reconciliation & Communication

Reconcile between Suppliers statement to AP sub-ledger

Reconcile between Suppliers invoices to Clients invoices

Reconcile between Suppliers Cost Provision and AP Invoices

Track Supplier prepayments and consumption

Communicate with Suppliers on all AP related matters

Communicate with Procurement Team on item pricing

Communicate with Billing Team on order cancellations

 

Other requirements

Identify opportunities for process improvements/ outsourcing/automation

Any ad-hoc matters as assigned by management

Support month end closing activities

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE

Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required

Language: Good level of spoken and written English

IT tools: Microsoft office tools with good working proficiency in Excel

 

Skills:

Ability to articulate any issues arising from accounting processes

Good team player in a multi-cultural environment

Mature and able to work independently

Meticulous and detail- oriented

Express interest in accounting process and good learning attitude

Experience: 3+ years experience in accounting and/or operational finance
